Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@viamodaoutlet.com. Please note that returns will need to be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase and will need to be sent to the address provided at the time you email us to initiate the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you back our return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns. Items purchased with the FINAL SALE Discount code (optional and available on all sales) will also be ineligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Sales
We currently only ship to the continental United States. If you wish to make a purchase from outside the US, all our items are available on our eBay store where you can make international purchases. Please message us and we are happy to provide you with the link to our store.
Refunds
Items purchased with added volume discounts and free shipping: the value of the discount and additional perks will be substracted from the amount refunded. For example, if you purchased multiple items and you qualified for free shipping and an extra discount, by returning one or more of the items part of the bundle, the initial shipping cost and the additional discount applied will be deducted from the amount due.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
